What's Cookin?

What have I been eating lately??




Whole wheat thin spaghetti with a homemade vegan basil pesto with broccoli and cherry tomatoes.


This lunch day was left over basil pesto pasta, a salad with tomatoes, cucumber, sprouts, bell pepper and onion, with an apple and a clementine. 


Breakfast: Ezekial toast with avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, with clementines apple and peanut butter.


My usual breakfast: coffee with coconut milk, and our awesome cereal: shredded wheat, bran flakes, rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flax seed topped with nuts, strawberries & banana.


Baked stir-fried rice with carrots & peas, with stir-fried veggies.

Lunch time: apple sauce, clementines, apple, banana, pretzels & peanut butter, with barley vegetable soup.


AMAZING cookies I made! Vegan with peanut butter, rolled oats & carob chips.


Stir-fry veggies with wheat noodles. :)

We eat pretty boring most days. I also forget to take pictures a lot of the time. We eat leftovers for lunch with some fruit most days. I will do a full post of what dinners we do normally, maybe even a meal plan list each week.
