Resolutions

These are my "New Year's Resolutions" for 2013:

Eating Habits
*Maintain a clean, vegan diet*
*Cut out all hard alcohol, & limit beer & wine*
*Drink at least 80 oz of water a day*
*Limit the amount of added sugars in my diet*
*Take my vitamins & supplements daily*

Exercise & My Body
*Complete Super Spartan Race in April*
*Run a half marathon*
*Bench press 100 lbs*
*Achieve goal weight: 125 lbs*
*Exercise at least 4 times a week*

My Style
*Wear the clothes I have in new ways*
*Always get dressed, even if just sitting at home*
*Take better care of my clothing, shoes & accessories*
*Always accessorize*
*Try out new hair styles- NO more wet buns!!*
*Take better care of my skin- face & body*

My Personal Life
*Read the Bible Daily*
*Go on weekly dates with the husband*
*Relax more, without the TV*
*Read a new book a month*
*Spend more time with my friends*
